Quality System and Product Quality

Our production sites in Poland and Spain are certified according to ISO 9001:2015 for quality management and ISO 14001:2015 for environmental management. In addition, our production in Spain is certified to IATF 16949 Automotive Management System.

BORG’s quality system incorporates key elements from ISO/TS 16949 and IATF standards, including Control Plans, PFMEA, and PPAP. To meet specific customer requirements, our system also integrates elements of VDA 6.3. Our plants are regularly audited against these standards by both certification bodies and customers.

During our production process,
we proceed to a 100% inspection on
CTQ (Critical to Quality) processes

Every single product from CPI goes through a functional test at the end of the line for quality assurance.

During our production process, we proceed to a 100% inspection of CTQ (Critical To Quality) processes. The quality inspection is fully integrated into our production processes, and the introduction of new products/components is based on a systematic and efficient Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) approach. Naturally, the quality control of our processes is risk-based (PFMEA), and all our tooling and test equipment are controlled through Measurement System Analysis (MSA) methods to ensure the best quality. We give high attention to the perfect calibration of our equipment, whether it be done internally or by external accredited laboratories.

All our products are guaranteed for two years from the installation date without a mileage limit.
