The AC compressor is the heart of the vehicle’s air conditioning system. It pressurises the refrigerant gas and ensures low pressure on the suction side, driving the cooling process that maintains a comfortable cabin temperature.

At CPI, we only remanufacture OE cores, and our AC compressors are remanufactured to meet OE standards.

Pulleys are either replaced or reshaped to precise standards, and all electrical components are thoroughly inspected. Final testing covers performance, leakage, noise, vibration, power use, and clutch strength.

Installation Made Easy

All CPI AC compressors are delivered ready to install. All our AC compressors come pre-filled with oil. Type and amount are shown on the label along with type of refrigerant gas. Fast movers are supplied with O-rings/gaskets.
