EGR Valves

The EGR valve reduces NOx emissions by recirculating a portion of the exhaust gases back into the engine’s intake. This lowers the combustion temperature, which decreases the formation of NOx, a major pollutant.

At CPI, we offer a comprehensive range of remanufactured EGR valves for the European car parc.

Quality You Can Trust

At CPI, we only remanufacture OE cores. Each individual EGR valve is disassembled, evaluated, and remanufactured to meet OE standards and specifications.

All connecting surfaces are milled to ensure tightness, and we always replace critical components such as internal gaskets and bearings.

End-of-line tests are performed on every unit, covering mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic functionality. Leakage and durability tests are also carried out during the development process to ensure long-lasting performance.
