At CPI, we only remanufacture OE cores. Each individual EGR valve is disassembled, evaluated, and remanufactured to meet OE standards and specifications.
All connecting surfaces are milled to ensure tightness, and we always replace critical components such as internal gaskets and bearings.
End-of-line tests are performed on every unit, covering mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic functionality. Leakage and durability tests are also carried out during the development process to ensure long-lasting performance.
All CPI EGR valves come ready to install and are delivered with the necessary gaskets to mount the unit.
A remanufactured EGR valve from CPI saves the environment 57% CO₂eq, 46% energy, and more than 99% of the new materials compared to a newly manufactured EGR valve.*
